About the Founder
Leo Tortorici is the visionary behind 3 Pillars Finance, bringing a wealth of expertise across finance, property development, and entrepreneurship. Leo’s journey began in the 1990s with The National Bank, where he built a strong foundation in finance—skills he first started cultivating in his father’s engineering business and his grandparents’ wine store and deli.
Over the years, Leo’s career has encompassed marketing, franchising, real estate, business sales, property development and consulting. Known for his exceptional customer service and knack for securing outstanding deals, he stands out for his genuine commitment to client success. Outside of work, Leo enjoys staying active at the gym, running, and spending time with his family. He’s an avid supporter of Liverpool FC, McLaren in Formula 1, and loves catching a good UFC match.
